Seamlessly blended with creamy, characterful beans from the volcanic slopes of Java's Ijen Plateau, bringing an exotic hint of warming spice.

18g freshly ground espresso coffee
35ml freshly boiled water

Grind 18g of freshly roasted coffee beans to a fine espresso grind.

Tamp the coffee evenly into your espresso machine's portafilter.
3.
Brew for 25–30 seconds to extract approximately 35ml of espresso.
4.
Serve immediately and enjoy as is, or with a small glass of sparkling water if preferred.
